Quick Lesson Feature Tutorial

	Welcome to Pocket PE! In this tutorial, we’ll walk through how to generate a Quick Lesson. Let’s start by tapping on Quick Lesson.
	Now, choose which class or grade level the lesson is for. Since the app is synced with your Pocket PE web portal dashboard, your class will already be available. You can keep your class selected or choose a grade level instead. Once finished, tap Next.
	On the next screen, enter your lesson location.
	Then select the lesson type.
	If you’re unsure which lesson type best fits for you, click the tooltip icon to learn more about each lesson type.
	Within seconds, a lesson is generated. The first Activity Card, always in pink, is your Warm-Up. You’ll see the activity title, a helpful illustration and 3 circles on the top left of the card. These indicate the progression level of the activity, one circle filled in for each level.
	To see a demonstration, tap the Watch Video button on any card.
	Scroll down to see the PE Learning Indicator, Set Up instructions, and activity Steps, each with an image.
	Don’t like an activity Pocket PE generated? Click the shuffle button to select a new one.
	To preview the next activity, either swipe the cards or tap the arrows below the activity card.
